Adivasikaran means that tribal/Adivasis while remaining rooted
to their cultural heritage, society, innovate them and work towards tribal human
rights, their civil liberties, higher education of the tribal/Adivasi youth, sharing
of their glorious tribal history, their innate values, fostering their ethnic
solidarity,contributing in national building thus integrate themselves in the main
stream of India as dignified citizens, integral part of the country and Adivasi
groups.

We work for promoting their
human rights
,higher and excellent education, economic and social developments, civil liberties,
tribal news, collect tribal artifacts, organize seminars for cultural promotion,
social animation, participate in tribal feasts and festivals of India and Asia and
other parts of the world. We also encourage people to remain firmly rooted to their
languages and culture. We not only promote interests as mentioned above but make
holistic approach to indigenous peoples' development. We promote tribalness(Adivasitva)
art like tribal dances and music to other tribal areas. |

Also teach them Bharatnatyam, Kathak dance, Indian classical
music, tabla (India drums), composition of poems and stray creative writing.Apart
from these, journalism, public speaking, folk dances, miniature painting, tribal
painting, computer, weaving, printing of boutiques, bead ornaments etc., are also
thaught so as to take tribal leadership in their own respective societies and not
become dependent on others and get manipulated.
